We are currently seeking an experienced IT Security Administrator specializing in IT security for our client in Frankfurt/M (DE) as well as Belgrade (SRB) and Zagreb (HR). The assignment focuses on analyzing, updating, and creating functional and operational documentation within the fields of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• You operate and develop IT security solutions (firewall, IDS, EDR, vulnerability management, SIEM, WAF, anomaly detection).
• Evaluating new technologies and components in the network and security sectors is second nature to you.
• You support the Information Security Officer (ISO) with security-related matters and work closely with our external partners.
• In addition, you are responsible for the design, execution, coordination, and implementation of our IT security projects.
• Your duties also include implementing continuous improvement measures for managed services and enforcing IT governance and IT security policies.
• Your scope of work encompasses managing various security zones and devices (DMZ, 2FA, certificates) as well as planning and segmenting complex data systems and networks.
• You handle and analyze security-relevant events with great care.
• You develop and document security processes.
• Providing 2nd-level support for individual systems and cross-system components rounds out this diverse range of responsibilities.

• You have successfully completed training in the IT sector, an IT degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT security.
• You have relevant experience in the administration of firewall systems and network technology.
• You have several years of professional experience in the area of IT security.
• In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Linux environments.
• You have good communication skills and an interest in familiarizing yourself with new areas of responsibility and developing yourself further.
• You have an independent way of working and an interest in comprehensive teamwork.
• Knowledge in conducting and supporting audits (e.g. ISO 27001, DORA), as well as experience in creating and maintaining IT security documentation and in insurance regulatory law are an advantage.
• You also have relevant experience in implementing IT governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience or interest in operating and administering cloud infrastructures rounds off your profile.
